Our Shipping Pledge globehuggers ships in-stock orders within two business days from the time you place your order with us. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you place an order on Friday the order will be processed for shipment the next business day.

Domestic Shipping globehuggers will post to Great Britain, the EU. Overseas customers are charged at the international rate calculated by our website.

Please note that shipping times are stated in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additionally, globehuggers requires two business days to process your order for shipment. For UK orders we would ask that you allow between 7-10 business days for delivery. However, for deliveries outside of the UK we would ask that you allow up to 28 business days for your package to arrive.

Please note:

• Orders under 1kg from United Kingdom are usually shipped via the Royal Mail service in conjunction with your local Post Office.
• Orders over 1kg are usually shipped by DHL
• Some shipments may require a signature, so please have the item sent to a location where someone will be available to sign during business hours.
• A Proof of Delivery is available for each shipment, though there is a fee for requesting such proof.
• globehuggers will not be held responsible for loss or any damage that occurs to your parcel while it is being delivered.
• Shipping and handling fee includes all packing, warehouse and distribution costs.
• In the event that your item is not available in the warehouse closest to your location, the item will ship from an alternate location, which may add to your shipping time

Return Policy

All sales come with globehuggers 30-day warranty unless advertised differently. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. If the item is faulty, dead on arrival (DOA) then we commit to issuing you with a working replacement within the warranty period. If in the event that a replacement is not available then we will we issue you with a full refund (including shipping). Specific terms are:

• For replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and in the original packaging accompanied with packing slip.
• Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before issuing refunds, credits, or exchanges.
• Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price and shipped via traceable means.
• Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.
• Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 5 days from delivered date.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
• A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
• Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.

Return Procedures

Please send an email to info@globehuggers.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damages in transit. Merchandise must be sent back in the original packaging with the original packing slip and displaying the appropriate RMA number. All RMA numbers are valid for fourteen (14) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will not be accepted.
